Walkthrough requests

When the form is enabled, we use your name, business email, and optional company name to respond and arrange a conversation. Requests are sent through Resend to our business inbox. A successful form response means the email provider accepted the request; it is not a booked appointment or a guarantee of inbox delivery. If the service is unavailable, the form says so and your typed details remain available.

The optional AI assistant

The assistant opens only when you select it. When enabled, your question and a limited number of recent messages are sent to Google’s Gemini API to answer from reviewed public FAQs. The website keeps the conversation in this tab’s memory, without saving the conversation to its database or browser storage. Clearing the chat or reloading the page removes that local conversation. The AI provider may process or retain requests under its own service terms. Do not include client names, addresses, private plans, passwords, or other sensitive information.

Abuse protection and operating records

The website uses a secret-key hash of your network address for rate limits; it does not store the raw address in its application database. It stores hashed request identifiers and email delivery status to reduce duplicate requests. These records expire after one or two days and are removed during later requests. AI usage records contain token counts, an estimated cost, and a timestamp, but no conversation text; they are retained for up to 90 days plus the time until cleanup runs. Budget reservations are retained for up to 65 days. Hosting and service providers may keep their own operational logs.

Website storage and tracking

This website does not install advertising trackers or use local storage for lead information or chat history. Hosting sign-in and essential security features may use cookies, particularly while the site’s preview audience is restricted.

Fictional project examples

The kitchen and bathroom examples use fictional project details and AI-created imagery. They are illustrations, not client photographs, testimonials, construction documents, or verified product performance results.

To ask a question or request deletion of a walkthrough request, email aidan@conceptstudioai.com. Information in correspondence may be retained while a conversation is active or where needed for legitimate recordkeeping. We do not sell contact information.
